Ms. Rachel M is a versatile violinist and educator based in the Akron-Cleveland area. She has studied violin under members of the Ariel Quartet, Cleveland Pops Orchestra, and Cleveland Orchestra, and has performed internationally across seven countries. While classically trained, Rachel’s experience extends to contemporary ensembles, studio orchestras, and recordings for independent artists and animation projects, giving her a broad perspective on music-making.
Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music with a focus on Violin Performance from the University of Cincinnati’s College-Conservatory of Music (CCM) and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UC’s College of Arts and Sciences. This combination of musical expertise and psychological insight shapes her teaching, allowing her to adapt lessons to the unique needs and learning styles of students ranging from young beginners to adults.
She has taught violin at Brunswick High School and the prestigious Interlochen Center for the Arts, where she developed a reputation for engaging, personalized instruction.
